The Duplexes at Woodland Commons in Boscawen, New Hampshire was a construction project completed in February 2017. This beautiful location was the setting for 6 Duplex style homes. Beote construction oversaw the creation of the large open floor plan designs. Stainless Steel appliances, wood flooring, large designer closets and a front porch and rear deck were just a few of the many features in these lovely duplexes. Other notable features include central air and heat, washer/dryer hookups and a community playground. These duplexes were constructed for a property management company as rental units.
